At Freedom Motors USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect our vehicles and accessible vans before delivery to help ensure that customers receive vehicles that match their descriptions and agreed-upon condition.
If you need to request a return or refund, please review the following policy.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless a different return period is stated in your purchase agreement.
To qualify for a return, the vehicle must:
Be returned in substantially the same condition as when delivered.
Not have been intentionally damaged, modified, or altered.
Include all keys, documents, accessories, and equipment provided with the vehicle, where applicable.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order information.
Because vehicles are high-value items, all returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Non-Returnable Situations
A return or refund may not be available for:
Vehicles that have been modified after delivery.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper operation.
Vehicles used for commercial purposes when not agreed upon at the time of sale.
Special-order or custom-configured vehicles.
Vehicles specifically sold “As Is”, except where required by applicable law or where the vehicle was materially misrepresented.
Incorrect or Damaged Vehicle
If you receive a vehicle that is materially different from the vehicle described in your purchase agreement, or if it arrives with previously undisclosed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order or purchase agreement number.
Photos and videos showing the issue.
Photos of any visible transportation damage.
A detailed description of the problem.
We will review the information and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If the refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Any refund amount will be based on the terms of the applicable purchase agreement and this policy.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits and advance payments may be subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Before making a payment, customers should review the applicable purchase agreement for any cancellation, deposit, or refund conditions.
Return Transportation
If a return is approved because of an error on our part, such as a materially incorrect vehicle description, we may arrange or cover reasonable return transportation costs.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for transportation and related return expenses, as specified in the purchase agreement.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the vehicle has been shipped or delivered.
Once a vehicle has been shipped, delivered, or titled, cancellation may be subject to the terms of the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Warranty
Some vehicles may include a manufacturer’s warranty, dealer warranty, or limited warranty. Warranty coverage will be stated in the vehicle listing, sales documentation, or purchase agreement.
Warranty coverage may not apply to:
Improper use or operation.
Improper maintenance.
Accidental damage.
Unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused after delivery by the customer or a third party.
Accessible & Disability-Friendly Vehicles
For wheelchair-accessible vans and other mobility vehicles, customers should carefully review the vehicle’s accessibility features, dimensions, ramp or lift specifications, seating configuration, and equipment before completing a purchase.
Any accessibility equipment included with the vehicle will be described in the applicable listing or purchase documentation.
